Honestly reef, i think darkfall is gonna stink. It has been on the drawing table for so long that the graphics will be outdated, IF it eventually gets released.
And i dislike the no lvl concept, it never cought me in SWG, and i doubt it ever will

Lew Ive been looking for a game that takes the concept of Ultima Online since I stopped playing Ultima
Darkfall may bomb because its been in production so long but if you look at the size of this game it make sense really.
Also you cant use the outdated graphics as an excuse not to like this , I mean you play WoW rofl  .
I think the idea of having every skill and spell available to you is so much better than deciding what you are going to be when you roll a character.
Anyway we will see.Just because it sounds so Ultima Online in concept will probably mean I give it a serious go depending on whats around at time of release.
Huxley will be a blast though, Looking forward to that. |

Oudated graphics?
Seeing the video I think my laptop will struggle... 
I have to agree with Lew on the SWG thing. Fantastic Idea but I felt it failed as there was a lack of focus on charater progression. I perosnally never really knew where to go and what to do next.
But thats just probably me.
As for real time combat. It's going to be a twitchy gank fest
Still I can't help but feel it will be trying it. Love the look, and as a long term MMORPG player I feel it deserves a try..

Reading about Warhammer Online... it seems to be another game that will be a lifetime of repetitive missions and grinding until it becomes a search for better weapons and armour to try and win in a PvP basis... sound like anything you've played before? |

Thing is it started out as an exciting concept and then after losing its original backers i think they decided to play it safe and just hope warhammer players will make it a profitable game.
Huxxley looks interesting though... |
