So I checked monitor and cables etc, and still no joy. Have come to the conclusion that my graphics card is fried =(
Its a old one too, so unlikely I can replace it quickly,and anything newer will need a new motherboard/processor etc.
So I guess I won't be online for a while, but before you start partying, let me know if you have any suggestions on a good solid replacement or anything you might wanna arm me with before I go and build another one. What I hate doing is buying stuff putting it together, then someone saying..."WTF why didn't you buy blahblah blah"
I don't know how old ya motherboard is, but the most from the last years do have pci-express slots. And the most videocards are pci-express.
These card wont have to be expencive. Like for 50 euro here you can have a normal card (mostly the cheapest).
But if it's older and ya dont have pci-express, yeah, then it can be a pain to get the right card.
Can ya post the type of ya fried card and / or motherboard?
